The collar is of extremely high quality. The only issue I have is I ordered the blue collar based on the color on the site. I added black text. Based on what I saw as I created the collar, I thought it would stand out very well against my black dog. The color blue of the collar I received is much darker than what is shown on the site. The black text barely shows at all. Ordinarily this wouldn’t be an issue except I ordered this collar specifically for my blind dog. The text is “BLIND”. Not being able to clearly see the text defeats my reason for purchase.I wish the seller would have contacted me before creating the collar and told me that the text isn’t going to show well.
